Steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Call the extension 333 to execute the script

     <extension name="test" >
        <condition field="destination_number" expression="^333$">
<action application="javascript" data="test2.js"/>
        </condition>
      </extension>


2) From mod_event_socket run this:

   api jsapi test.js

   Content-Type: api/response
   Content-Length: 14

   -ERR no reply

   (It always return -ERR no reply)

3) Then repeat step 1

4) When you shutdown you will see this in the log
