Description

When using the Port Audio Preference pane changing audio devices is not quite seamless. Changing the selected devices only works if the RefreshDevList button is pressed before changes are made. Example: Application is started. By default the system speaker is selected for all choices. The user changes to USB audio device and hits ok. Nothing will happen, audio will still go to the default system speaker. However if the user presses refresh devlist first, then changes to the usb device and clicks ok the change takes and sticks.

I have been trying to resume my work on FSComm but portaudio has been broken on Mac Lion. Getting this fixed before moving on to other bits of the code.
