Fix the mod_sofia output gateway calls not to replace the from user with the auth username.
Added the force-fromuser gateway parameter that restores the previous (broken) behaviour when true
(needed with Asterisk for example).

commited in r4970 and behavior modified in r4987. now defaults to the old behavior, with an option to turn on the behavior implemented in this patch. See diffs from those revisions for more details.
